First and foremost, if you're mind is already going there, I want for you to shake that thought off right now! Don't go into this thinking it won't work, or worried it might not. It's natural to be hesitant to make an investment, but this is all about perspective. This is exactly what we'll work on together both in and out of your grief.
The thing about a membership like this, or if you were to work with me in a 1:1 coaching capacity, is you get what you put into it. That's really how anything in life works, right? So many people may invest in a a membership or some other virtual product, then never finish it or don't really give it their all. I don't want that to be you here. What's always the most important thing to come back to is your "why".
Why you chose to invest in this membership, and continue to do so month after month. Why you so deeply want to evolve out of the dark phase you're in and into the light... and stay in the light! Why you want to change your life. That's pretty powerful, right? That, my friend, is what will keep you going, keep you coming back, and keep you on track. I can certainly motivate you, but I can't force you—nor can anyone else!
This is why the community aspect of this membership is incredibly important. Community has been pillar #1 since I started Losses Become Gains, because grief can be incredibly isolating and lonely. Between the live coaching and Q&A calls and virtual community through our Facebook group, you're going to be supported through and through. You're going to have a place where you can be vulnerable, where vulnerability is encouraged, where questions (even those ones you're scared to ask or think are silly!) are warmly welcomed. Why? Because you're not only helping yourself by taking the reins on your grief, but you're helping others, too. That feels pretty good, right?!
What's special about this membership is it allows you the best of both worlds—the convenience of digital tools and an online community—and it meets you where you're at. Who knows, you might meet some new friends in this space! I'm not here to bamboozle anyone, though, so I can only ask that you give it a real shot and come with an open mind. If you truly don't feel this membership is a good fit or now really isn't the right time, I do allow cancellations. However, refunds will not be given if you have already accessed the content and live calls.
Great question! This course is for those who have experienced a form of loss—namely a death—and are having trouble moving forward. Perhaps you're finding it difficult to find purpose, joy, or a way to move forward. Maybe you want to better understand your grief, what grief even means and what it is, and how and why it affects us so much. To find ways to make sense of it all. This is for those who want to uncover more coping tools and new ways to look at their loss and grieving journey to come out of it a stronger, happier, healthier human being!
Great question! Let's be clear, everyone is welcome here! This membership is, namely, for those who have experienced the death of a loved one and are having trouble moving forward. Perhaps you're finding it difficult to find purpose and joy in life again. Or, failing to see a way to move forward that both honors the one(s) you've lost, but honors the fact that you're still here. Maybe you want to better understand your grief, what grief even means and what it is, and how and why it affects us so much. To find ways to make sense of it all, but also encompasses a community of people who get it, too! This membership is for those who want to uncover more coping tools and new ways to look at their loss and grieving journey to come out of it a stronger, happier, healthier human being while having a consistent support system.
No worries, my friend! Not a problem if you have to miss one or can't make it. They're not required, but they're highly encouraged for you to attend because I want you to get the most out of this membership and the community! There will always be a replay. And, you have the ability to send me any questions you have in advance and I'll be sure to answer them on the group call, and/or in the Facebook group.
I always want to be here to support you. Always. To be as fair as possible to all of the members, though, I do not provide supplemental coaching or answers to your specific situation of grief through email, etc. In order to do this ethically and properly, a 1:1 coaching relationship is required. For any technical questions about the membership or things you would like me to cover on live coaching and Q&A calls, however, I'm all ears! Remember, you asking a certain question about your grief might be helping someone else, too.
If you feel 1:1 coaching might be more appropriate for you or is something you'd like to inquire about, I offer two types of coaching that might be right for you! One is Grief Coaching, the other is Soul Purpose + Transformational Life Coaching. Or, simply email hello@lossesbecomegains.com to get started.
I bring two types of coaching to the table here that, from what I've seen in the grief space, has never quite been done before: Grief Coaching, and Dharma/Spiritual Life Coaching and Soul Purpose Coaching (I'm certified in both!). This is important because, with grief, we have to go beyond our grief. Why? Because grief is for LIFE, right? We have to treat it as such.
We have to address the acute, in-the-moment grief we're feeling in front of us. We have to figure out the day-to-day living with loss, no doubt. But because this is a lifelong process that never really ends, we have to look outside of this, too. The Soul Purpose Coaching allows us to do this in the most beautiful way. I was inspired to integrate both types of coaching into this membership, because THIS is what is going to truly change your life after experiencing a devastating loss and allow you to move forward in the biggest, most impactful way that is true to both you, and those you've lost. It's answering the questions of: who am I now? Who am I outside of this loss? What do I really want in life? How can I find my happiness again? How do I find joy, fulfillment, and a semblance of peace throughout all of this?
Grief Coaching certainly does this, too, because as a Grief Coach we're not here to diagnose, fix, or treat anyone. We look at what's in front of us, at present, and look forward. This Life Coaching aspect takes this further and to the next level.
