The term “good grief” takes on new meaning in this episode as we explore where to even begin with our grief, and how we understand it. We’ll take a step back and look at what “grief” and “loss” truly mean for us. Where to start feeling it. Where to start coping with it in ways that will actually stick.
Think about it: we learn 911, we learn CPR, we learn emergency preparedness. We need to know these things that may or may not happen. But what IS inevitable? Death. You can’t postpone, cancel, or delete it from your calendar. It doesn’t discriminate. So why are we so unprepared? Let’s talk about it.
