Today I wanted to have a quick conversation about why alone time is important in our grieving journey, and in our healing journey. We’re going to talk about seven reasons I feel this way, both as a Grief and Transformational Life Coach and a fellow griever.

This practice of embracing alone time can lead to self-reflection, introspection, and thinking about where our life was, where it is, and where we see it going.

All I want you to do today—no matter where you fall on this spectrum of wanting people around you—is to hear me out on this topic. I think there is so much peace to be found when we have that time alone, and here we’ll talk about why!
