It’s officially a new year, a new breath of fresh air, new vibes, maybe a renewed sense of self or reset moving forward. Or, perhaps you’re still struggling with some grief and loss from the previous year or even further back than that. Just because a new year arrives doesn’t mean all of us feel this blank slate. We don’t always experience this profound and wonderful new beginning. It’s not always that straightforward, right?
