I’m so excited to introduce this “coaching series”! If you haven’t heard, you can now leave me a voice note at speakpipe.com/lifewithgrief
The purpose is to have a safe space where you can share what’s on your heart and mind, ask a question for me to answer here on the podcast, or send a message of hope to fellow grievers.
I’m so excited to make this a more regular thing, but of course, that means I want and need to hear from YOU in order to keep these coming!
Today, we’re going to be answering a question from a listener and talking about navigating feeling sad, lost, and hopeless in our grief—even when we feel like we’re doing everything right (think: have the right job, living in a great place, traveling, socializing, eating healthy, exercising, etc.)
In this episode, we’ll talk about how to work through these feelings and cope with them so our grief and joy can co-exist peacefully.
Leave me a voice note and be featured on the podcast!
