Today we’re talking about a really important type of grief that I see often in the clients I coach and countless people on social media. I’ve experienced it myself big time and, simply put, I thought it warranted a conversation!
We’re digging into cumulative grief. In this episode, we’re going to chat about what this type of grief is and why it’s especially difficult to cope with. If you’re experiencing cumulative grief—or you have at some point—we’ll also get into why getting a handle on this type of grief is so important both in the short and long term.
And, of course, we’re going to talk about some ways to cope… because I would never leave you hanging on those coping tools!
